Crew
Crew — Music Guide
We need help from people specialized in this field to get more efficiency from our stage equipment and in a few other matters related to our band. This is exactly where our crew comes in. This team of unsung heroes performs many tasks, from your spoiled requests to setting up stage equipment and doing promotion to raise your market shares.
Crew salaries are paid weekly. As your city fame increases, crew salaries will also increase proportionally. At the same time, regularly every Wednesday afternoon, the crew’s morale level drops by half a point. If you do not keep their morale high by regularly giving bonuses, after a while you may not get 5* from your stage equipment. You must not neglect the bonuses of civil servants and crew members.
Crew members gain approximately 1 star of skill per Popmundo year. If a new member joins them, the average is taken and the crew’s star value drops somewhat. Therefore, if possible, I recommend completing your entire crew at the very beginning.
Lighting Technician: The name gives it away; these friends play with lights. Apparently they used to turn lamps on and off when they were little, too. 2 are enough. Let them shine lights on each other.
Personal Assistant: Crew members who look after artists personally. They affect meeting your fans after the concert. If there are not as many personal assistants as people in the band, groupies may not find their way after the concert.
Accountant: The friend who will count the money from sales. The cash register. I do not know whether there is an effect; it is useful to have one person.
Roadie: Crew members responsible for setting up stage equipment. Each roadie can theoretically set up 10,000 watts of equipment per hour. Based on this calculation, you will need 10 roadies for 5* stage equipment.
Sound Technician: So-so, sound check, one two. I will not say what they do. Call 2 of them over.
Driver: They do the coming and going of the tour vehicle. These friends also fly the jet vehicle without being pilots; who knows what they are drinking. There should be 2.
Promoter: These friends are responsible for the band’s advertising work; their effects can be seen in market shares. You will see quite a benefit from 10 promoters. After 10, the effect decreases cumulatively and even starts causing harm after a point.
Tour Manager: Another very useful employee. Who knows what jobs they do that we do not know about. Let there be one person, what can we say.
