WiW — Music Guide

WiW, the abbreviation of the English name Who is Winning?, is the highest point that progress in an artist’s career can reach. What is meant by winning here is not financial gain, but the number of records sold, concert levels, radio charts, and fame levels. In short, WiW is a list where the currently best bands in Popmundo appear.

If you are a VIP member, you can view the factors affecting your WiW ranking and also your ranking in your music genre through Artist > Ranking Details. These details are as follows:

Fame: This score is determined by your current global fame. It is the average of the artist’s city fame.

Concerts: This is the score received according to the global ranking position of the best concert you have given in the past 56 days, that is, within one Popmundo year.

Albums: This score is determined according to the total sales of the albums you have released within the last three game years. More precisely, it is where these sales figures rank compared to the sales made by other bands.

Single: This score is determined according to the total sales of the singles you have released within the last two game years. Just like albums, the single sales figures here are also compared with sales made by other bands, and your score is determined according to your ranking.

Radio: This score is determined according to the highest position you currently occupy in the radio charts.

What you need to do to climb to the top of the WiW list is maximize the above factors at the same time. For an artist who regularly releases albums, album sales from the last 3 years reach their maximum level in the eighth week of their albums. If you can adjust your single and radio chart situation accordingly, entering the list becomes inevitable.
