Tour Vehicle
Tour Vehicle — Music Guide
Tour vehicles are economical vehicles that get you and your stage equipment to the city for the concerts you will give. Also, if you do not have a tour vehicle, you cannot acquire stage equipment. In a sense, stage equipment is an inseparable part of the tour vehicle. Compared to other alternatives, traveling with a tour vehicle is more valuable for preserving your health.
There are two types of tour vehicles you can acquire. Land tour vehicles: there are 9 vehicles with different capacities and speeds that you can see in the tour vehicle section on your career page. Air tour vehicles: there are 3 different vehicles according to speed and capacity that you can buy with credits.
Your tour vehicle ages over time and needs maintenance, just like stage equipment. You can see your vehicle’s condition and have it repaired from the tour vehicle page. If you do not have maintenance done for a long time, you can break down on the road. Jet vehicles bought with credits do not break down, but we repair them too. The point is to spend money.
If you will buy a land vehicle, you should definitely prefer one large enough to fit 5* equipment. The Double-Decker Bus and Luxury Double-Decker Bus are two vehicles that meet this criterion. Jets bought with credits fit 5* equipment. You can also store your personal belongings in the remaining capacity, so you are not separated from your belongings during the tour.
My advice, if you have access to credits, is to buy a Bowing 666 Private Jet. Its carrying capacity is the same as the largest land vehicles, but it is approximately 7–8 times faster than them. If you leave just before the beginning of the hour when departing a city with your tour vehicle, you save approximately 1 hour. For example, if you leave for a 2-hour journey at 13:54, you can arrive at 14:45. If you leave for a 2-hour journey at 14:05, you arrive at your destination at 15:45.
Automatic Vehicle Movement
When you activate this option, your tour vehicle will automatically move to the city of your next concert. As long as you leave enough time between two concerts, you do not need to worry about following your concerts. However, while moving automatically, your tour vehicle will move focused only on making it to your concerts, without taking your rehearsals, recordings, and TV shows into account. Therefore, you need to keep one eye on your plan. If you are a VIP member, you can deactivate the automatic movement option.
When the tour vehicle moves, band members who have chosen to move with the vehicle and, if any, children under 16 following those members also move with the tour vehicle. You can access detailed information about automatic tour vehicle movement through Artist > Tour Vehicle.
At the very bottom of the Artist > Schedule page, there is a section for manually setting the tour vehicle in motion and scheduling it. In tight situations, you can deactivate your tour vehicle’s automatic movement and make a schedule here, or use it by sending it on its way yourself. My advice is to use automatic tour movement in its active state.
